Parker grew up in Gainesville, Florida, where he started swimming competitively at age 4. He joined the Gator Swim Club when he was 10 years old. He then swam for Gainesville High school, where he was a 10-time state finalist and helped GHS win their first state championship in 2012. He also worked for Swim America, teaching swim lessons and as a daycare counselor. He is currently pursuing a Business Degree at University of South Florida, where he continues to lifeguard and teach swim lessons to children of all ages and swimming levels. Parker is certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
