Kai
I’ve taught swimmers of all ages, including individuals with special needs, and am certified in CPR and AED. My expertise lies in stroke technique, as I believe mastering efficient swimming is not only fun but also an excellent way to build cardiovascular health with less joint impact compared to running. With 14 years of competitive swimming experience, I have a deep passion for the sport. I grew up in Sarasota, swimming with the Sarasota Sharks for 10 years, and had the privilege of learning from some of the top 50-ranked age group coaches in the United States. One of my proudest moments was placing 3rd in the 400 Individual Medley at the Age Group State Championships. When I'm not in the pool, I’m pursuing a degree in computer science and teaching creative coding at theCoderSchool in Lakewood Ranch, as well as offering private lessons.
