Tiffany
Tiffany enjoyed many years as a competative swimmer throughout her childhood. Tiffany was trained by the American Red Cross to teach swim lessons in 1997. Since then, she has taught all ages. She graduated college in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a sociology degree and has been a social worker for the past 15 years. She started teaching private lessons again in 2015 and loves to share her passion for the water with others. Tiffany is certified in CPR/AED and first aid.

Beth
Beth graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in physical education and health. She then went on to teach high school physical education and health and was also the head swimming and diving coach for 7 years. Beth has taught swim lessons privetely, YMCA and a Healthplex while living in Illinois and raising her 3 children. Beth has taught everything from baby lessons to adults, and all ages in between! She also has experience with special needs children. Beth has taught water aerobics for the last 3 years at a club pool!She is certified through the American Red Cross in CPR/AED and first aid.

Isabelle "Grace"
Grace has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the past 5 years. She has been competitively swimming since she was 7 years old, learning about the craft and thriving as a student simultaneously. She has worked for years as a swim instructor coaching aspiring swimmers and small children. Her key strengths include attention to detail, adaptability, and caring for others. She is a current student at Saint Petersburg College, enrolled in nursing. She is certified in CPR, CNA, First Aid and AED. She enjoys working outdoors and making the most out of a clients swimming experience. Grace is very excited to meet new clients, grow with them, and keep them safe in any water environment.

Kristen
Kristen began swimming competitively at 7 years old and continued through college. She has taught swim lessons for about 8 years and has spent 3 seasons coaching swim team. Kristen has her Water Safety Instructor certification as well as Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certifications. Water and swimming has always been a passion for Kristen and she wants to share her passion with as many people as possible. Kristen recently finished her Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology with a minor in special education. She hopes to eventually continue her education and earn a Master's degree. Kristen has previously worked as a lifeguard, pool manager, and special education aide. She has lots of experience working with students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Sarah
Sarah started teaching swim lessons about 10 years ago, when she got her first job as a lifeguard. She worked at her local community pool lifeguarding and teaching every summer. Sarah helped to create the swim program there, and taught the new staff how to teach swim lessons. In 2015, she left the pool and graduated with her Bachelors degree in athletic training and began her professional career. Sarah is back in school for her Master's in healthcare administration and wanted to return to teaching lessons again to earn extra cash to pay off her student loans. She is very excited to start teaching swim lessons again and teach children the importance of water safety! Sarah has her professional responder certification through the American Heart Association and is a board certified Athletic Trainer!

Mike
Mike has been teaching swim lessons since 2013 when he received his WSI (Water Safety Instructor) certification. Since then, he has worked at facilities all over the country teaching thousands of private swim lessons. Swimming has been an integral part of Mike's life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in New Jersey, swimming was primarily available to him in the summertime, where he started on a competitive team at the age of six. Mike began to swim year-round for a YMCA team in the sixth grade. In high school, he swam varsity all four years and served as captain his senior year. Mike is a founding member of the Ithaca College Club Swimming Team where he helped the team compete at a national championship in 2017. Mike enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiancé, Sarah, and dog, Kamoto. Whether it is a walk to the park or a weekend camping, getting to spend time outside together is one his family's favorite things to do along with cooking gourmet meals! Mike is certified through the American Red Cross in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and first aid.

Emily
Emily recently moved to Florida from Maine, where she was a YMCA aquatics director. She is originally from Glens Falls, New York and has a BA in English from Middlebury College in Vermont, where she was also captain of the water polo team. Emily is certified as a Red Cross Lifeguard (with First Aid, CPR/AED) and Lifeguard Instructor, and has also been trained in both the Red Cross and YMCA swim lesson curriculums. She has been teaching swim lessons for 9 years and also swam competitively for 6 years in middle school and high school. .

Tiara
Tiara has always had a passion for people and water activities. Swimming did not come natural to her, although she learned water safety and basic swimming skills at a young age. It was not until she joined her high school swim team that she became masterful in the water. After high school, she stayed active in college by participating in water aerobics and later leading classes at the YMCA. This experience led her to ensure that she builds meaningful relationships with her clients to enhance their learning experience by teaching it in a way the client can comprehend. Tiara has her B.S. in Family Science. She has been teaching swim lessons for 7 years and life guarding for 8. Tiara is YMCA certified in Lifeguarding/ Swim Lesson Instructor /AED/CPR/First Aid/Emergency Oxygen.

Lenora
Lenora started swimming at age 4 and has not looked back! For 7 summers, in her metro Atlanta hometown, she coached swimming and taught private swim lessons, and she spent 3 years as the head swim coach of a school in Lima, Peru. Along the way, Lenora picked up water polo and open water swimming, as well as American Red Cross certification in lifeguarding (includes First Aid, CPR, and AED), and water safety instruction. When not in the water, Lenora uses her B.S. in Education as a middle school teacher, and she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband. Megan
Growing up in the land of 10000 lakes (Minnesota), Megan loved the water. Her love has continued to grow. She worked as a lifeguard in high school and taught swimming levels 1-4. She also was on the local swim team for a year as a diver. Megan has a history in training including: lifeguarding, CPR, AED, First Aid, and Personal Care Assisting (PCA). She’s certified in Professional CPR, AED and first aid. She also teaches aqua fit swim classes. Megan’s other passion is volunteering and working with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life including people with disabilities. She knows American Sign Language (ASL), English Kriol and am learning Spanish.
Megan lived in the country of Colombia on a small island for a year (2017). She taught many of the local Islanders how to swim in their own surroundings and learned to snorkel. Megan loves to help people feel comfortable about the water. One on one training is the best way to achieve your personal goals. If you’re looking to help your child learn the basics of swimming, water safety, or looking to improve your own swim skills, Megan would be happy to help with all your needs. Some of the things Megan does in her free time is: associate with close friends, do volunteer work, learn languages (Currently knows ASL, English Creole, learning Spanish currently), understand cultures, explore, photography, art, snorkeling, hiking, and she loves the beach! Life is an adventure if we look at all the possibilities and move towards them one by one.
